We’re a hybrid lab, combining in-house manufacturing with trusted domestic and overseas partners. This allows us to offer three service tiers — Economy, Standard, and Premium — providing flexible options to fit every practice and patient need. From same-day crowns to affordable two-week turnaround PFMs, every product we deliver is FDA-approved and built with meticulous attention to detail.

Josh Trammell
Founder & Managing Director
Josh Trammell is the founder of New Hope Dental Lab, a full-service dental lab focused on providing high-quality restorations at a fair price, backed by the kind of customer support you can actually count on.
With more than 18 years in the dental lab industry, Josh knows what dental providers need to thrive — both in the operatory and on the business side. Guided by his faith, he makes decisions that put people first — from the doctors New Hope partners with to the employees who make it all happen.
Outside of work, Josh is a husband and dad to three boys who keep him busy and laughing. When he’s not in the lab, you’ll usually find him outdoors, enjoying time with his family or getting in some hunting or sports.
Josh takes pride in leading New Hope Dental Lab with integrity and ownership. His philosophy is simple: work hard, give back, treat people right — and success takes care of itself.
Brad Cortese
Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer, Brad leads operations, sales direction, and overall strategic execution for the organization.
With over 20 years of experience in the dental industry across multiple roles, he brings a strong understanding of the clinical, financial, and operational sides of dentistry. Known for optimizing processes and improving efficiency, Brad has helped countless practices reach their goals through practical strategy and innovative thinking.
Brad is passionate about building strong, collaborative teams and fostering a culture of excellence and results. His leadership plays a key role in driving growth, performance, and outstanding patient care outcomes.
Outside of work, Brad is a devoted husband to his wife Amy and proud father to his sons, Caleb and John. He enjoys cooking, golfing, hiking, and reading in his free time.
Allan Karisa
Certified Dental Technician, DDT
Allan Karisa is a technician who not only operates in excellence but also dedicates himself and his team to success. Birthed in the beautiful country of Kenya, he has followed the footsteps of his late father, a former prosthodontist. His love for dental technology has grown as his love for his patients in need of services grew. Recently awarded the Pillar Scholarship and having completed his CDT accompanied with his degree in Dental Technology, Allan has devoted himself to furthering his education in removable prosthesis.
With over 10 years of in-lab experience, his efficiency and effectiveness have made room for greater opportunity to reside. As his pursuit of success continues to be the motivating factor for Allan, one thing will always be certain and that’s his desire to always be great at what he does, for his family, his patients, and his practitioners.
Aaron Gandia
Dental Technician: Implant Specialist
Fellowship in ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists)
With 35 years of experience in dental technology, Aaron is a Dental Technician specializing in implant restorations. He brings a reputation for precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to New Hope Dental Lab. Aaron collaborates closely with dentists and prosthodontists to create high-quality, functional, and aesthetic restorations.
Aaron has expertise in digital dentistry, CAD/CAM technology, and advanced implant prosthetics, ensuring optimal fit and longevity for patients’ restorations. Passionate about innovation and continuing education, Aaron stays at the forefront of industry advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions.
His commitment to excellence and patient-centered care makes Aaron a trusted partner in the field of implant dentistry. With multiple certifications in surgical guides and extensive knowledge in all aspects of fixed and removable restorations, Aaron’s breadth and depth of experience is truly one of a kind!
A South Carolina native, Aaron enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and Great Danes. His hobbies include home improvement projects, with a passion for carpentry.
Warranty on Materials and Craftsmanship:
Warranty on Materials and Craftsmanship New Hope Dental Lab guarantees the highest degree of workmanship and material quality. If you are unsatisfied with any crown or bridge, please return it, and we will remake it at no charge, unless we have previously contacted you regarding a bad impression.
- If a new shade or material is requested after the case has started, a $50 change fee will apply.
- All Fixed work is guaranteed for 5 years.
- All Removable work is guaranteed for 2 years.
- This warranty covers craftsmanship and material quality only. If a denture fractures or a crown de-bonds due to doctor or patient error, repairs will incur a standard lab fee.
- There is no warranty on provisionals, including repairs, flippers, immediates, or acrylic partials with wire clasps.
Payment Requirements:
All invoices are due within 60 days from the invoice date. Balances over 60 days past due will incur an 8% delinquent finance fee.
All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee. To avoid this charge, we recommend paying by check or ACH.
